Explicit Consent for the processing of personal information

In accordance to Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), of 1 November 2021, published by the National People's Congress of China, targeted at personal information protection and addressing the problems with personal data leakage;

in order to accept, process, transmit, store, retain, preserve, record, either in physical or electronic mode as may deem necessary for processing of the said Application along with personal data (including sensitive personal data), if any as may be required and hereby provide my explicit consent to the Company, in accordance with Chapter IV of Personal Information Protection Law to process my personal data with the number of passport and/or my national identity card;

I expressly acknowledge having been informed by the Company of my right to access, rectification and opposition for legitimate reasons to all personal data about me processed by the Company in accordance with to the provisions of Chapter IV of Personal Information Protection Law ; Article 44 (Right to Know and Decide); Article 45 (Right of Access and Copy), Article 46 (Right of Rectification and Completion), Article 47 (Right of Deletion), Article 48 (Right to request for explanation of personal information handling rules.), Article 49 (Right to access, copy, correct, delete PI for deceased kinsfolk), I can exercise the same by sending an e-mail to Data Protection Officer at dpo@blsinternational.net and such forms to be sent to Data Protection Officer are freely available with the Company.
