Dear Esteemed Applicants,

We are pleased to inform you that appointment slots for Guangzhou Visa Application Center (for Guangzhou applicants only) will be released on a weekly basis, every Friday @ 11:00 AM.

The Consulate General of Brazil in Guangzhou also reminds that:

1. The consulate encourages all applicants to apply by themselves. Appointments slots are released on regular basis on BLS website. Registered agencies should be sought only when the applicant is not available to deliver documents in person or is purchasing a tour package from those companies.

2. If you decide to apply through a travel agency, please notice that only the following agencies/operators have been authorized to directly make appointments and deliver the cases directly to BLS, acting on behalf of applicants:

Genuine Travel (广州旅畅)
Guangdong (Foshan) CTS (广东中旅 (佛山)旅行社)
DIADEMA TRAVEL (GUANGZHOU) CO., LTD. 德迈国际旅行机构
GZL International Travel Service Ltd. 广州广之旅国际旅行社
Guangzhou Dista International Travel Service Co.,Ltd.广州Dista国际旅行社
GDCTS VISA 广东中旅移民签证
Guangzhou Ctrip International Travel Service Co., Ltd. 广州携程国际旅行社

3. Those companies are not allowed to offer any type of express visa or booking appointments in exchange for fees, as according to Brazilian Law, there is no “VIP” or “express” visa. They’re solely allowed to charge for their travel consultancy services. All “fapiao” will be checked.

4. The consulate finally reminds that this system is currently available only for the Consulate General of Brazil in Guangzhou and solely as an instrument to attempt to offer possibilities for the applicants to make appointments and deliver their documents more smoothly. The agencies already registered are acting upon strict control and are subject to being suspended at any time for breaking any rules.

5. The consulate, once more, strongly discourage applicants from seeking any agencies/operators and “huangniu” who offer “express appointment” or “express visa”, as such services do not exist and operators who sell them for profit have been negatively impacting our visa services.

6. The guide about how to apply to act a registered company/agent in Guangzhou is available on the "Important Information" Section, "Important Notice about Submitting Brazilian Visa in Guangzhou" subsection. Please read it carefully before applying.
