We are going to release additional slots at 10:00 AM Beijing time on 24th May 2024, exclusively for the Shanghai visa application center. Please be aware that slots for a given day may fill rapidly due to high demand. All applicants are requested to visit our website to book their appointments. Please note that all appointments are free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We kindly request all applicants to accurately input their application form number/protocol number ( Format of protocol number: XXXXXX-XXXXXX) when scheduling appointments. Failure to do so may result in the visa center refusing to accept your application, necessitating the need to book a new slot. Your cooperation in ensuring accurate information is crucial for a smooth application process.

As from Wednesday, 17 April, 2024, new slots are released daily at 09:30 AM Beijing time, exclusively for the Shanghai Visa Application Center. Please be aware that slots may fill rapidly due to high demand.

As from Monday, 25 March 2024, walk-in submissions will NOT be accepted at Beijing Visa Center. Walk-in applications will only be accepted at Beijing Visa Center until Friday, 22 March, 2024. And applicants are only requested to accept their applications in person only. We do not accept any Walk-in application through any agent / relative/ family/ friend and by courier. Until Friday, 22 March, per day walk-in slots are limited to 10 slots only. Walk-in slots are available on first come first serve basis. Meanwhile, Applicants seeking visas from China to Brazil are required to schedule an appointment through our website to submit necessary documents on the appointed date. Due to limited daily slots, appointments are allocated to ensure timely processing. If unable to book presently, new slots are released daily at 09:00 AM Beijing time, exclusively for the Beijing and Guangzhou visa application center. Please be aware that slots for a given day may fill rapidly due to high demand. The Embassy of Brazil underscores that the only necessary payments required from visa applications are the regular visa fees and the BLS processing fees. There are no additional payments necessary, of any kind.
