Apply for VISA to Brazil In China
Shanghai Visa Center would like to inform applicants/agents:
As required by the Consulate General of Brazil in Shanghai, from September 19, 2022，invitation letters and dispatch letters for business visa applications must clearly state the detail itinerary and purpose of the trip, broad wordings such as "business communication, customer visit, market research" are not allowed.

According to the requirements of the Brazilian Embassy in China, from July 14, 2022, when applying for Brazilian business/technical assistance visa, the invitation letter must be signed and authenticated by the local Brazil Notary Office.
Individuals visiting Brazil for any of the following reasons are required to apply for a visa (The applicant must not engage in remunerated work in Brazil and the activities must not exceed 90 days ) :
Please note that if the trip involves the provision of services, such as technical assistance, installation, maintenance or repair of equipment, a Short Term Technology Transfer and Technical Assistance Visa is required.

Glasses are allowed as long as the eyes are clearly visible.
Regarding head-dress:
Religious head-dresses are allowed provided that all details of the face are clearly shown.
Processing time varies depending on the type of visa and is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy / Consulate. Applicants applying as part of a group may have a lengthier processing time. Please plan your visa application well in advance to your intended travel date to avoid any disappointments. Usually it takes about 10 (ten) working days, after submitting all documents fully in compliant with the Embassy / Consulate requirement.

Visa Form: The online visa application form is available at https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br. The application form should be filled–out online and the Visa Application Receipt (RER) should be printed out. The visa application form expires one month after it was filled out;
